Cottage style sash windows (non assisted)

This style off window has no mechanical aids to assist in their operation, they rely solely on the home owner too lift up and flick over the birds beak sash stop and then drop the external timber flap stop to open the top sash.

Servicing off these windows is very similar to the weight and cord style window but with out the extra work involved in the cords.

All the above assumes the existing hardware is in place and functional. New period style hardware is available to match the existing from :-
